Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PaperInk — PDF Sign & Fill (the “App”), provided by Kseniya Adamchyk under the JFFapps name (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the App.

In short: PaperInk is designed to process your documents and signatures on your device. We do not operate a server that receives their contents, and the current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal data from the App. In particular, we do not receive the contents of your documents, signatures, photos, scans, text fields, dates, or exported files.

2. Documents and signatures

Documents, images, signatures, annotations, and related edits are processed and stored locally on your device. PaperInk does not upload this content to a developer-operated server.

3. Device permissions

PaperInk may request access to system features only when needed for an action you choose:

You can manage permissions in the Settings app on your device. Files are shared only with destinations you select through Apple’s system interfaces.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are offered through Apple’s App Store and processed by Apple. PaperInk uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to display products and determine whether a purchase provides access to a feature. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. Analytics and advertising

The current version of PaperInk does not use advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising.

6. Data storage, backups, and deletion

You can delete stored documents and saved signatures from inside the App. Deleting PaperInk removes its locally stored data from the device. Copies may remain temporarily in device backups or in locations where you exported them, depending on your Apple device, iCloud, Files, Photos, or third-party backup settings. You control and must delete those copies from their respective locations.

7. Children’s privacy

PaperInk does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. Because content remains on the device, parents and guardians should manage the device, account, and documents used by a child.

8. Security

Keeping document content on the device reduces transmission risk, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode, keep its operating system current, and use care when exporting or sharing sensitive documents.

9. International use

PaperInk is available in multiple countries. Because we do not collect personal data through the App, we do not transfer your document content to a developer-operated server in another country. Apple and any destination you choose for exported files may process information under their own terms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to PaperInk, legal requirements, or our practices. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published. If a future App version collects data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure as required.
